Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This policy explains how VPNFD handles relevant data when providing its website, user panel, international routes, and subscription services. The principles are purpose limitation and data minimization: information is used only when needed for account management, order fulfillment, service maintenance, security, or dispute handling. Continuing to use the relevant pages or services indicates that you have read and understood the data practices described here.

Data Collected and Processing Purposes

Creating an account does not require an email address; a username and password are enough to complete registration. VPNFD therefore does not treat a registration email as essential account information. Account processing may involve a username, a security hash of the password, account settings, subscription status, and aggregated traffic usage. Passwords are handled to verify account access, and the page will never ask users to publicly display their password.

When purchasing a subscription or traffic package, the system creates an order record containing the selected item, amount due, payment status, creation and completion times, and necessary transaction identifiers. These records confirm delivery, reconcile payments, process refund requests, and resolve order disputes. Website analytics may include page views, referring pages, browser type, device category, and basic network request information. This data helps verify that pages work properly, improve navigation, and detect unusual requests; it is not used to build personal browsing-interest profiles.

No-Logs Position and Connection Records

VPNFD does not record which websites users visit or retain browsing content, queries, or history that could reconstruct specific browsing activity. Subscription traffic management only requires an aggregate value for used traffic; it does not require recording destination websites, page addresses, or transferred content.

The service does not create long-term connection activity logs linked to an account, so such logs have no long-term retention period. To maintain connections, diagnose faults, or prevent misuse, the system may temporarily process technical information necessary to complete network communications during operation. Once the purpose ends, this information is not organized into a history of websites visited by users. If a user submits troubleshooting materials, they may contain client-generated diagnostic information; those materials are used only to address the reported issue.

Cookies and Local Storage

The website and user panel may use cookies or browser local storage to save login status, interface language, necessary session identifiers, and feature preferences. This data maintains account sessions, restores page selections, and reduces repeated actions; it is not used to read other files on the device. If necessary storage is disabled, login status, language preferences, or some user panel features may not persist.

Identifiers used for analytics should be limited to what is necessary to understand website use. Browsers allow users to view and clear cookies and local storage; after clearing them, saved sessions and preferences may need to be configured again.

Payment Processing and Data Sharing

VPNFD supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party payment services, which may collect information needed to complete payment, perform risk checks, and confirm transactions under their own rules. VPNFD receives payment results and transaction identifiers related to order reconciliation; this policy does not expand the scope of third-party processing. Data submitted on a third-party page is also subject to that service's own policy.

Except where needed to complete orders, provide infrastructure, conduct necessary analytics, or meet applicable requirements, account data is not shared with other parties for unrelated marketing purposes. When a service provider must participate, only the data needed for the specified task is provided, and the provider is required to process and protect it as agreed.

Data Retention, Deletion, and Policy Updates

Account information is retained while the account remains in use. Order records are kept for as long as needed to fulfill transactions, process refunds, reconcile accounts, and resolve disputes. Analytics data is retained only as needed for its analytical purpose, with aggregated forms preferred. Data that no longer has a processing purpose is deleted, de-identified, or no longer used. Records that must be temporarily retained for dispute handling or applicable requirements are handled after the relevant purpose ends.

Users may log in to the user panel and use the ticket portal to request access to, correction of, or deletion of identifiable account information. Deleting account information may also end related subscription delivery and user panel access. Orders, refunds, or dispute records still being processed are deleted within the applicable scope after necessary processing is complete. When a request is submitted, VPNFD may first verify control of the account to prevent accidental deletion by another person.

This policy may be updated as features, data practices, or applicable requirements change. The updated version will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top will be adjusted. If a change materially affects how data is used, relevant information will be provided through the website or user panel. Users should review this page periodically before continuing to use subscription services.
